Through an investigation with local police and the FBI since the fraud happened to several nonprofits administered by Ms. Maskow in several states Ms. Maskow closed J&M Solutions with no advance notice in March 2024. It was discovered AFPGC never had the amount of funds in its bank KeyBank that was being reported by Ms. Maskow. AFPGC recovered about $56,000 from Ms. Maskow in April 2024 and opened new bank accounts with those funds. Ms. Maskow is currently 2026 the focus of six different lawsuits as well as the investigation by the Brunswick Ohio local police in the Medina County Court system as well as the FBI.
