Part VI, Line 2 Ashley Quirk is the sister of Executive Director Shawn Quirk. Brian Quirk is the cousin of Executive Director Shawn Quirk. Part VI, Line 6 The organization has paid memberships for reduced tickets passes and event benefits these members do not have organizational control. Part VI, Line 11a The Executive Board reviews the 990 during its development and prior to submission. Upon review the Board is notified of the process and copies are made available upon request. Part VI, Line 12c Yes. We regularly check for any conflicts of interests. Our Governing Board is composed of individuals whose professions are unrelated to our non-profit focus. Our operations do not and will not have any direct or indirect benefit to those on the Board. All vendor contracts are reviewed by our general counsel prior to implementation with any conflict in mind. The board is then provided with the counsel recommendation. Part VI, Line 15 All Board members serve on a volunteer basis. Any compensation for independent contractors and vendors is reviewed by the Executive Team and general counsel.
