Examples of tax positions taken at the entity level include continuing validity of its exempt organization status, potential filing requirement for unrelated business income and other tax positions that could result in income tax liabilities upon examination. Presently, management does not believe its financial statements include any uncertain tax positions and will be sustained upon examination. The Council's income tax returns for the years June 30,2023,2024 and 2025 remain subject to examination by the Internal Revenue. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 The Council consists of affiliate members who are Local Unions in good standing with their International Unions who are affiliated with the Building and Construction Trades Department, AFL-CIO.
