(the "Corporation") shall be to combat cycles of poverty and hopelessness in Haiti and the Dominican Republic by (1) working to meet physical needs, educate and provide opportunities for the most disadvantaged Haitian and Dominican children and young adults, and (2) educating and engaging the individuals in general public in the United States about what they can do to help in this mission. Jacky Asse is the director of Wings of Hope and Ralph Louigene is the assistant director of Wings of Hope, a mission of St. Joseph Family Mission.
