The Organization's IRS Form 990 is subject to review and examination of by federal and state authorities. The Organization believes it has appropriate support for any tax position taken, and therefore does not have any uncertain income tax positions that are material to the financial statements. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b Form 990 is reviewed by the Executive Director and is distributed to the full board for review before the return is filed. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c All board members are required to complete conflict of interest reports forms annually, the completed forms are retained by the organization. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15b The Compensation committee's duty shall be to establish and review compensation for the key management personnel of JCGC, including the Executive Director. The Board shall, from time to time, adopt a Compensation Policy to provide guidelines for the Compensation Committee.
