Due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, our accountantwho was responsible for preparing and submitting the Form 990was seriously injured in an accident in April 2025. As a result, they were unable to fulfill their duties during a critical period leading up to the filing deadline of May 15, 2025. This unexpected emergency disrupted our normal processes, and unfortunately, the filing deadline passed before the Executive Director or board realized that the return had not been submitted. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we took prompt action to prepare and file the return.
