At the end of 2022 the treasurer stepped down, but filed an extension for the 2023 EZ for the organization as the position was vacant. At the end of May 2024 I was asked to volunteer for the position and was not transition in until June of 2024. It was not communicated until April or 2025 that I learned it was an extension not the 990EZ that was filed for 2023. Since learning of this miscommunication I have been working to collect all of the 2023 information to complete the necessary documents.
