We have four pillars: educate, build, lend, and engage, that guide us in everything we do. Our HUD-certified housing counselors provide education to homebuyers throughout the process of purchasing a home and also provide financial fitness classes and rental education as well as foreclosure education. We completed Hyde Park Gardens, a small subdivision on pueblo's west side, and began construction on Pikes Peak Park, a larger subdivision on pueblo's west side, in 2023. Our lending arm, Southern Colorado Community Lending, offers down payment assistance loans, rehab loans, and business loans.
