No improvements were made, this was caused by previous year entire city values increased and we were skipped by the city accidently. We contested the amount of the appraisal and were able to reduce it some, but this is the amount it ended at. Form 990-EZ, Part II, Line 23 Property taxes increased horribly, due to the city skipping us the previous year. This increase went up to $230,084 Errors were discovered on form LM3. In order to report accurate numbers we needed to conduct an audit on reports and amend LM3. ICWUC Secretary Treasurer Ricky Lawrence audited and assisted in amending form LM3.
