Upon sign-off by the Operations Director it is reviewed in its entirety and approved by the Executive Director. Finally it is shared with and approved by the Board of Directors. Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The organization maintains a written Conflict of Interest policy that applies to all members of the Board and key employees. Each Board Member reviews the Conflict of Interest Policy acknowledges receipt of the policy and discloses any conflicts at least yearly. The opportunity to disclose conflicts is also provided at every Board meeting. If a board member becomes aware of a conflict at any time he or she promptly discloses it to the Board for review. The remaining Board Members determine whether a conflict exists and the appropriate steps for recusal or management of the conflict.
