Part I, Line 4b On August 1, 2024, a non-qualified deferred compensation plan, 457(f) plan, was adopted between the State Chamber and its Chief Executive Officer. Pursuant to the provisions of the plan The State Chamber will contribute $100,000 per year to the plan for plan years 2024 through 2036. The plan has vesting dates of January 1, 2029, January 1, 2034 and January 1, 2037. For the year ended December 31, 2024, contributions to the plan totaled $100,000.
