We are filing this 990-EZ just because this years total revenue exceeded $50K. This is the first year we are filing electronically and had to do some research on this, which delayed the filing even though we are not sure if we need to file 990-EZ since our revenue of 3 years average was below 50K. Generally our revenue would always be below $50K
