Monitoring procedures Part I, Line 2 Members who receive assistance for ICC meetings are asked to submit a reimbursement form with copies of receipts. Members who receive assistance to attend ICC Code Hearings are asked to write a short report of their experience at the meeting along with a reimbursement submittal with copies of receipts. Weld Scholarship recipients are asked to submit a scholarship application along with transcripts, schedule and essay question response. Must have a 3.0 GPA average and complete two quarter of instruction to be eligible. Code Official Accreditation Program (COAP) scholarship recipients are asked to submit a scholarship application and proof of jurisdictional or employer support. Must successfully pass the class to be eligible for scholarship. Legacy Scholarship used for the WABO Education Institute is open to code professionals in the first five years as an active member of WABO.
