The issues that these beneficiaries were facing were: Gender Based Violence (GBV), sexual harassment, and attempted suicide.We have referred these beneficiaries to our partner organizations, but because there is just one psychiatrist to whom we can refer (and who is part-time!), the appointment wait times are very long and our beneficiaries cannot pay the transportation costs to go to their psychiatric consultations and psychology appointments. Our partner organizations include: HAND HUman Aid and Development, Damma-Hug, MAPS Multi-Aid Programs, Amel Association.
