Pt VI, Line 11b The 990 is prepared by an independent CPA firm and a draft is provided to the Foundationss accountant for review. The final 990 is provided to the audit committee for approval. A copy of the final 990 is provided to the full governing Board at the next scheduled quarterly meeting, following the audit committee approval.
