The procedure for membership are stipulated in the by-laws. KOPSC has over 500 members who all pay a membership fee. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a All members annually elect the governing body consisting of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and one of the two Members-at-Large. One Member-At-Large is elected each year for a two-year term. The Past President is a member of the governing body. All officers serve in accordance with the club by-laws. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Form 900 and Schedule O are transmitted electronically to the governing body at the end of each fiscal year for approval at least one week prior to the moth meeting of the governing body (board). Form 990 and Schedule O are filed once approved by the governing body (board). Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 All documents and tax filings are available for inspection if requested. The KOPSC governing documents and financial statements are presented at monthly board meetings for review and approval.
