On average this training spans approximately 8 to 12 weeks ensuring personal support and development based on the specific requirements of each client. Over the past several years the Director of Services Dr. Barbara Taylor and her dedicated team have worked with as many as 500 clients annually. This remarkable achievement has been made possible with the collaborative efforts of five W-2 employees and a variable workforce of eight to twelve 1099 counseling contractors adjusted seasonally to meet program demands effectively. Currently Dr. Barbara Taylor the Director of FNL is unable to access her QBO accounting records dating back to 2016. This situation arose due to the organization parting ways with its original accountant for business reasons compounded by QuickBooks data protection protocols which restrict access to anyone other than the accountant on record. As a result the company is locked out and unable to access any of its accounting records including the bulk of the organizations accounting records because the accountant refuses to provide password access. Although access was granted to download a series of Excel reports most of them were incomplete and missing entire months worth of information.
