A special election was called to elect two new officers/directors to fill the unexpired term following Mr. Witter's resignation. The special election was concluded November 22, 2024, and the new officer/directors are reported in Part IV of this Form 990-EZ. Hence, a change of address reflects the address of the new Treasurer who will prepare and file Forms 990-EZ beginning 2025 and subsequent years. Mr. Witter remained an active member of the Club, and he was asked by the Directors if he would prepare and file this Form 990-EZ. Since most of the financial activities of the Club during 2024 occurred during Witter's tenure as Treasurer, he agreed to file the Form 990-EZ as a member and former officer to wind up the filing requirements for 2024. The revised by laws were unanimously approved by a vote of the members by referendum on February 20, 2025. A copy of the revised by laws will be furnished upon request.
