<ExplanationTxt>Christopher Brumfield was the treasurer in 2021-2022 when he "accidentally" overpaid himself $1,642.78. We have no proof he did on purpose so we never filed charges. We asked him to repay within a year but he said he couldn't afford and only was paying us $10 every 2 weeks which would have taken over 6 years to repay. On August 30, 2024 he started paying $25 every two weeks and recently this year in 2025 he has started paying $50 every 2 weeks. Still not enough. We are taking him to small claims court. It has been postponed a few times but our new date is March 17, 2025.</ExplanationTxt>

<ExplanationTxt>John Pirela was overpaid in 2021-2022 by the former treasurer Christopher Brumfield. He was overpaid $$885.18. We have sent letters requesting it paid back but they have been ignored. Mr. Pirela was not working when we tried to get repaid because of a disability so we weren't pushing it too hard. Since then he has retired. We are trying one last time to hand him in person a letter requesting payments. If nothing arranged, we will take to small claims court.</ExplanationTxt>
