Therefore, the United Way of Daviess County, Inc. must monitor theagencies funding practices. Monitoring agencies funding practices was started in 2007. The United Way of Daviess County, Inc. performs a bi-annual reporting system. Each agency receives a notification prior to June 15th asking for the first six months of funding, and agencies are required to submit the information by July 30th to the United Way of Daviess County, Inc. office. The same guidelines and monitoring requirements are used with the last six months of the year ending in Decemberallocations. Monitoring procedures (Part I, line 2) The United Way of Daviess County, Inc. requires the agencies to send in the report by January 30th of the following year to our office. Agencies receiving funding are also required to send in an outcomes report with each bi-annual report. The report consists of the outcomes, budget, and questionnaire for agencies.
