This was our second conference. Our first conference was held in 2017. Part VI, Section B, Line 1 The Board of Directors relegates broad authority to a 5 member Executive Committee to handle most decisions on a day to day basis. Issues that require a general vote or resolution are brought up to the Board for review and approval. Part VI, Line 11a The 990 form is sent via email and Board Members have two weeks to review and provide feedback before the form is filed. Part VI, Line 12c Board Members are required to sign a Conflict of Interest form to either disclose any conflicts or confirm that there are no conflicts. In all cases there were no conflicts of interest noted. As of 2025 records are now maintained digitally. Part VI, Line 15 Three members of our team receive a stipend for services which was decided on by a subcommittee of the Executive Committee that does not receive compensation and reviewed comparable compensation in other nonprofits. It should be noted that the stipend is well below industry standards. Part VI, Line 19 Our bylaws are posted on our website.
