The Treasurer then reports this to the full Board of Directors, with each board member given the option to receive a copy of the form 990 to review. The tax returns are then approved before they are filed by the Organization. Pt VI, Line 12c Each member of the Board is required to disclose to the full Board any conflict of interest on a yearly basis. For all decisions by the Board, if a conflict arises, the Individual member is asked to recuse themselves from participating in discussions and decisions related to this conflict. If the Individual refuses, they are subject to removal from the Board of Directors.
