(FNEFL) and $167,411 of expenses booked from May 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023 that were those of FNEFL were paid out of the Organizations banking accounts. As of September 30, 2024, three of the Organizations bank accounts remained open. During 2024, assets from these accounts in the amount of $1,825,771 were transferred to FNEFL. No new revenue-generating or programmatic activities are being conducted. The Organization intends to complete the dissolution process and file a final return once all assets are distributed and obligations are met. Pt VI, Line 19 All governing documents are made available to the public upon request. A link to the Food Banks Form 990 on the Guidestar Website is provied on the Food Banks website. Pt VI, Line 15a The process for determining compensation for the executive director is done by gathering information of comparable positions from the Feeding America website documentation and record keeping with respect to deliberations and decisions on compensation amount is documented in the board minutes, and reviewed and approved by the governing board. Pt VI, Line 11b The form is reviewed by senior staff and delivered to the Board prior to filing. Other The Organization ceased all programmatic and operational activities and transferred substantially all of its assets to the Regional Food Bank of Northeast Florida, Inc (EIN 46-5014769)on May 1, 2023. However, the Organization maintained four of its bank accounts open to facilitate the final settlement of outstanding obligations, administrative expenses and potential refunds or donations that may have been delayed. As of September 30, 2024, two of its bank accounts remained open. No new programmic activities have been initiated since cessation. The Organization is in the process of fully dissolving and will distribute any remaining assets in accordance with its governing documents and applicable state and federal laws. A final return will be filed once all financial matters are resolved and the Organization is legally dissolved. Pt XI Assets from 3 of the bank accounts that had remained open and under Bread of the Mightys name after all other net assets were transferred to Feeding Northeast Florida at 9/30/2023 were transferred to Feeding Northeast Florida during 9/30/2024. Net assets transferred totaled was $1,825,771.
