The Organization's Forms 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, for the years ended December 31, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 are subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service, generally for three years after they were filed. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 The Chamber's dues-paying members include individuals, businesses, and organizations located within the region. The main source of revenue has been from dues-paying members of the Chamber. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a The Chamber operates under the direction of a 24-member Board of Directors. Fifteen of the Board members are elected by the membership of the Chamber, and each of these Board members serves a three-year term, the expiration of such terms expiring on a staggered basis. Six members are appointed to serve a one-year term. The three remaining Board members are elected officers, who also serve as members of the Executive Board.
