The Executive Director reviews the consumer price index annually for cost of living recommendations given to the Board of Directors with the annual budget. The Board reviews pay scale adjustments as well as the Executive Director's annual review and increase, if given. All wages were reviewed in the fall of 2022, updated in 2023, and are currently under review now in 2025.
