None of our directors are compensated in any way or in a position where a transaction would likely adversely affect our charitably or result in a possible transaction or arrangement that might benefit the private interest of a director or officer. However annually directors and key volunteers are required to review the conflicts of interests policy and attest to there being no conflicts.
