These members elect the board and must approve any changes to the by-laws or other significant actions by the club. There is only one class of Active Members and all have the same rights. Part VI, Line 7a All 50 Active Members vote annually to appoint the board. There is only one class of Active Members. Part VI, Line 7b All 50 Active Members vote annually to appoint the board. They also vote on changes to the by-laws and on specific events that are documented in the bylaws.
