Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The Officers of the Organization annually certify compliance and resolve conflicts as they arise. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Documents are made available to the public upon request. Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g Other fee for services (non employees) consists of amounts paid to interim coaches while a search for a new head coach was underway. The tax return is being submitted late due to a change in our fiscal year end from July 31 to September 30, which occurred without our request. On June 16, 2024, we spoke with an IRS representative (Badge #1003087063) who confirmed that the year end had been changed without our request. During this conversation, we were informed that a request was submitted for the year end to be reverted back to July 31. Additionally, we were assured that we would not incur any penalties or interest due to our inability to electronically file our tax return. Despite repeated attempts to electronically file our return, the return was again rejected, prompting us to initiate follow-up communication with the IRS. Over the following months, we made numerous calls to the IRS, but we were unable to reach a resolution. Given these circumstances, we have determined that the most effective approach now is to submit a paper filing for our tax return. As a youth organization, maintaining our fiscal year-end of July 31 is important to us, as it aligns with the conclusion of the school year and the transition of new board members.
