General explanation attachment This organization organizes and conducts an annual livestock show and sale (only market animals sell) for area 4-H and FFA youth, ages 8-18. The exhibitors show steers, heifers, swine, goats, lambs, rabbits, and poultry. At the conclusion of the show, all market animals are auctioned off and transported to processing facilities. During the show, the animals and exhibitors are judged, which wins them show premium monies. These monies are presented at the annual banquet. The market animals, which are auctioned off following the show, provide sale money to the exhibitors. The buyers write a check to the organization. That money plus show premium monies are then combined into one check written to the exhibitor, by the organization, and awarded at the banquet.
