Following this demand the Officer resigned without any severance pay or other kind of consideration and the Officer is no longer associated with the Organization in any way. iii It reported the Officers diversion of assets to Charities Bureau of the Office of the NY State Attorney General. iv It reported through counsel the Officers diversion of assets to law enforcement. v The Board through counsel is fully cooperating with law enforcement in its ongoing investigation of the diversion. vi The Board filed a fraud report with the Office of Inspector General of the United States Agency for International Development USAID relating to the diversion of USAID grant funds in FY2025. vii The Board resolved to move to discontinue the Organizations operations and dissolve the Organization. viiiThe Board notified the Organizations funders of the diversion.
