In 2024, the President's salary was reduced further by $225,739 in order to mitigate cash flow and ensure that Cause was successful in meeting its other obligations. The Board of Directors of the Organization recommended the reduction to the President's salary be documented as deferred compensation to be paid when the Organization is financially able to do so.
