The Foundation Director's compensation as reported in Part VII and Schedule J includes only the portion of her salary that is reimbursed by Share House, Inc. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 1a The Executive Committee shall consist of the President of the Board, the Vice President, the Secretary, the Treasurer and one other Board member elected by the Board. The Sharehouse President and CEO and the Foundation Executive Director shall act as non-voting members. It shall exercise the authority of the Board between Board meetings, except it may not amend Bylaws or appoint an Executive Director. Its actions shall be subject to ratification by the Board. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b A copy is reviewed by the CFO of Share House, Inc. The board of directors will review the Form 990 at the first board meeting following it being submitted to the IRS.
