Attendees learn about signs and symptoms of racial stress and trauma and strategies for engaging in self and community care. 500 Provided book study group focused on African-centered psychology for approximately 50 attendees with esteemed author. Participants read a book together over a number of months where they learned, discussed, and applied the principles. 2200 African Drum Circles - Held family-friendly gatherings to promote African drumming and dancing as wellness tools for the Black community.
