We have developed relations with academic partners such as the Icahn School of Medicine, Oxford University, and Vector Institute, and startups such as Evidation to help carry out this work with understanding that we will place all the data, findings, algorithms, and apps in the public domain. Our mission is to see that our work will benefit both the larger scientific community and will be available to nourish communities of the public by giving freely available tools and findings to help humanity. The apps are not poised to be placed on GitHub and the data and the findings are now poised to be hosted on the Synapse Platform built by Sage Bionetworks (nonprofit).
