Peace Walks is a citywide network of faith communities, grassroots organizations, and civic agencies that work together to prevent gun violence through weekly community walks from Memorial Day to Veterans Day each year. These gatherings address the emotional, spiritual, and material needs of neighborhoods most impacted by both community and police violence. Under Peace Walks, JPM has also provided direct support to victims of community violence and made contributions to other community events focused on gun-violence prevention or support for at-risk populations like high-school aged youth. 60000 22634 Peace Place is a visionary hub for healing, creativity, and collaboration.
