Temporary Shelter Care Facility (TSCF):The agency also operates a Temporary Shelter Care Facility (TSCF) licensed for 16 girls at the Woodland Hills campus. The agency has an adoption program, enabling children already in its resource homes to be placed in permanent homes through the adoptions process.
