Individual member: any person working in the asphalt industry. Each member is entitled to one vote. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a The President appoints three Members who serve as a Nominating Committee to select the Directors who are elected by the Board. If the Nominating Committee selects more Board members than open seats, the Board of Directors shall be elected by the Members of the Organization by a simple majority vote of the members present at the annual meeting.
