Includes: food, hygiene, transportation, clothing, medical expenses, daily care, training materials, obtaining legal documents for identification purposes. In 2024, we had 7 participants and 12 minor children. At the end of 2024, 3 were still in the ministry working on their goals, 6 minor children, and 1 successfully completed the program. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Board reviews listing of venders annually. Board reports all affiliations with financial interest to the board members regularly. Conflict of Interest policy is reviewed annually during the first board meeting of the year. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 Texas State Salary Comparison websites were utilized. Director is significantly below the average rate for similar positions. Board and Director agreed to current salary in 2020. Revenue was low and could not cover more significant salary. With the loss of several regular monthly supporters and the cancelation of the 2nd biggest fundraiser, it was agreed upon by all parties to maintain all salaries at the current rate. Form 8868 was filed and accepted by IRS. Additional time was required to accurately complete the filing.
