This is a new private family foundation that has had no activity in it since its inception and Im right now learning that this is a requirement to be filed. As soon as I efile this 990-PF I will mail a copy to the Illinois AG right away. We had literally no transactions or activity in the Foundation for the year 2023 and we thought we didnt need to file. Therefore we are filing this return to stay consistent with filing a yearly return in the hopes that in future years we will have activity in the Foundation.
