This includes NECPUC planning and carrying out trainings, workshops, and meetings, as well as providing support, in the form of travel reimbursement, to attend trainings sponsored by other entities in New England. NECPUC also provides funding for the Commissioners, and sometimes their staff, to come together in meetings to discuss issues and conduct the business of the organization. 3495 NECPUC provided training opportunities for commissioners and staff with various partners, including the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissions, member Commissions, and other partners. 3721 Through a Memorandum of Understanding, NECPUC staff provide administrative, management, and bookkeeping services to a 501(c)(4) organization, the "New England Utility Cybersecurity Integration Collaborative or "NEUCIC."
