Board awarding of this contract was in accordance with long standing board policy as regards contracting with relations of board members. COB WK Anders, father of S-T SK Anders abstains from votes and negotiations pertaining to the contract. Monthly billings are reviewed and signed off on by 2 of 4 non-related board members prior to payment. 2 of 4 non-related board members also complete the double signature requirement for the check paying for the services. This is reportable due to the amount of the payments exceeding 1% of the entities gross revenues. Billings also include postage and small office supplies reimbursement in addition to services rendered.
