Part I, Line 3 The Executive Director salary is set by approval of the full contingent of Trustees. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 1a The list of Trustees, per Part VII, includes the officers with the designation as "Executive Committee." The Executive Committee may meet at other times during an operating year in order to consider issues needing to be resolved in the time between regular Trustee meetings. The Executive Committee is not considered to have any greater voting authority than the Board of Trustees as a whole. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b Members of the executive committee review the 990. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c The Trustees are subject to a written Trustee Agreement which addresses their responsibilities and obligations as a Trustee. Conflicts of interest are addressed in Item 7 of the Trustee Agreement. That policy addresses the responsibility to avoid any and all conflicts of interest. This issue is addressed at every Trustee meeting and potential issues are resolved. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a The Executive Director submits an Annual Report to the Trustees. As part of that submission, the Trustees, as a body, reviews the success of the organization and the acomplishments of the Executive Director for that year. Upon review, the Trustees determine the Executive Director's salary and benefit package for the upcoming year. Factors considered in this determination include the Organization's operations, plans, and budget for the upcoming year.
