The organization maintains local Honduran staff who manage day-to-day implementation, financial tracking, and reporting. U.S.-based management conducts regular review of financial statements, receipts, and program reports to ensure grant funds are used for their intended purposes. Site visits are conducted at project locations to verify expenditures and outcomes. All funds are tracked through detailed budgets, bank records, and internal controls that comply with U.S. nonprofit standards. Any partner collaborations require written agreements specifying allowable uses, deliverables, and reporting expectations.
