The year round program is a Projects Mentoring program This program serves young adults with (ASD), throughout the year of 2024. This program ran M-F 7:30am-3:30pm for the year of 2024. Service provided by ACAP included life skills, community integration and community recreation this is accomplished within the individuals projects. ACAP also has been holding summer camp since 1987. The camp is set in the urban setting and uses mass transportation to go to a different activities each day. The summer camp ran M-F 9:00am-3:00pm from July 1 through August 20, 2024. The service provided by ACAP included life skills, community integration and community recreation this is accomplished within the each individual camper. ACAP has one to one staffing ratio every staff member has 35 hours of training before camp. ACAP has been reporting this liability consistently and is trying to report this currently liability within this form on line 11e the answer is Yes. Form 990, Part V, Line 3a ACAP had two grants for program related benefits only. ACAP received Business related donations that all benefited to programs of ACAP only. ACAP received individual donations that all benefited the ACAP programs only. ACAP received no other moneys that did not directly benefit the programs. I tried several time to put a check mark within the form, however the system softwhere would not allow me to. ACAP applied for forgiveness in 2021 and has been making payments on the 40,446.04 to OnPoint since. The monthly payments started April 15, 2022. The Payments are 850.49 on the 15th of each month. The total as of December 2024 is 14,048.96. All adjustments are made on the 990 for 2024 payments for 2024 are 10,205. ACAP applied and received an extention 8868 for 2024. ACAP received the confirmation from the IRS that it was accepted.
