Bargaining units members in good standing are entitled to all voting rights and hold both elective and appointive offices at all levels of the Association. b. Retired members in good standing are entitled to all voting rights with the exception of ratification of national agreements. c. Associate and Retired Associate members in good standing are not entitled to vote or hold elective or appointed office. 2 In the event of dissolution or revocation of the State Associations charter, all assets shall become the property of National Rural Letter Carriers Association. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a Bargaining unit members and retired members elect the governing body. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b No review was or will be conducted. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The policy is given to all board members upon commencement of such persons relationship with the Washington Rural Letter Carriers Association or at official adoption of stated policy. Each board member shall sign and date a Written Conflict of Interest statement at the beginning of his/her term of service and each year thereafter. Failure to sign does not nullify the policy. Compliance is reviewed regularly by the governing board. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a 15b Compensation is established in the Associations Constitution. The Constitution may be amended at any state convention by a two-thirds vote of the elected delegates.
