A committee of BOD members and the executive director completed and reviewed the 990 prior to filing. Once filed it is posted via Basecamp for all officers to review. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Conflict of interest statements are signed annually. In the event of a conflict of interest there would be a review conducted by the Board Development Commitee BDC would review the issue including interviewing any necessary persons. The BDC would then present the findings of the review and recommendations to the full BOD. The Full BOD would vote on the final decision. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a A BOD conducts annual performance reviews of ED including staff and stakeholder and BOD review committee. The committee reviews all evaluations and researches current wage reports. Recommendations for any changes to ED expectations improvement and or recognition of effort and any resulting compensation changes are presented to the full BOD and a vote is required to implement changes. The BOD themselves undergo self- assessments and review officer roles annually. The ED is responsible for conducting annual performance reviews with key staff. The interim executive director conducted a reviewed job description performance standards and goals with all staff. Salaries and Organizational roles for all key staff were reviewed by the new executive director Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Copies of all records open to public disclosure are available to view in our operations office including governing document conflict of interest policies and financial statements. and monthly public by request Records are reviewed monthly by ED and BOD officer bimonthly at BOD public meetings and are then hard copies are stored filed quarterly and can be viewed by contacting our operations coordinator or our executive director.
