In the most recent November 1, 2023, YKDTBC Board of Directors, Mr. Jacobson reiterated to the board that there was no conflict of interest with me in the position of General Manager. To avoid even the appearance of a Conflict of interest, I informed the board that I intended to resign as General Manager once the NTIA grant work was underway and will work to transition my position to a new hire for the GM role.
