Failure notifications went to Spam and we missed them. We're trying to rectify this ASAP. Thought it was submitted in January, but the eFiling failed, and notices of the failure were missed because they went to SPAM. Once we received the hard copy notice from the IRS, we immediately worked to remedy the situation.
