The review process consists of the DOF cross checking the numerical values with the corresponding source documents. The Executive Director then reviews the completed forms, schedules and statements. Once their review is done it is forwarded to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for final review and distribution to the full Board to review before filing. Conflict of interest acknowledgements and disclosures are required by all interested persons. The policy states the procedures for determining and addressing whether a conflict of interest exists. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The compensation of the Executive Director is reviewed and established by the Board of Directors. The Board reviews comparable compensation for a similarly qualified person in a functionally comparable position at a similarly situated organization. The Executive Director and Director of Finance review the compensation of all other staff and use comparability data and skill set to determine adequate compensation.
