CDI communicates, convenes, and catalyzes action to solve the intertwined twin crises of global heating and assault on democracy. 0 1 235573 RURAL PROGRAMMING: CDI is working to help bridge the urban/rural divide to de-politicize the crises of climate and democracy. CDI built relationships and partnered with Colorado State University and the University of Colorado - Denver to submit a request for a planning grant, which the partnership was awarded. With this grant, CDI built out the ECLIPSE (Environmental Civics in Leadership: Project for Student Engagement) program. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3 The organization engaged a management company, The Strategy Division, to provide the services of an Executive Director prior to hiring its own Executive Director. CDI paid $115,000 to The Strategy Division during 2024. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The Board is sent the return for review two weeks prior to the next scheduled monthly Board meeting. The Board then votes to approve the return filing before it is submitted to the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c All Board members are covered by the conflict of interest policy.
